Shipping policy

SHAMS is a brand of SMAJ PERFUMES, Malappuram, Kerala, India. We ship within India only.

Dispatch. Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1-2 working days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time. Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas and festive periods can take longer. You will receive a tracking link by WhatsApp, SMS or email once your order ships.

Shipping charges. Free shipping on orders of Rs. 699 and above. A shipping charge of Rs. 79 applies to orders below Rs. 699. All charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available on orders from Rs. 699 to Rs. 2,000, with a cash on delivery fee of Rs. 49. Every cash on delivery order must be confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch; orders not confirmed within 48 hours are cancelled. Paying online saves Rs. 50 on orders of Rs. 699 and above.

Damaged or missing items. If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video. See our Return and Refund Policy.
